The US Constitution is failing at preventing tyranny. Article V of the U.S. Constitution gives states the power to call a convention to propose amendments. It takes 34 states to call the convention.

Constitutional Amendments have worked in the past. They can work again.
A convention of the states is the WORST possible thing we could do as a country. You need to do more research on this and take this ridiculously dangerous "solution" off the list. We could come out of the convention with no Constitution at all!
